I am very committed to healthy living. Everyday you should make health your priority by establishing a routine workout, journaling your goals and most definitely eat the right foods or portion the ones that you already eat. Like cutting the fat off meats, eat bake, grill or broil meals instead of deep fried ones. Drink plenty of water unless recommended not to do so due to illness such as Congestive Heart Failure. I became a Semi-Vegetarian on September 1, 2011 I only ate fish, chicken, egg whites all veggies, and dairy/soy products. No red meats at all. After losing weight, feeling better and less fatigue, I started changing my habits all together. On January 1, 2012 I made my New Year resolution to become a committed full fledge Vegetarian. No meats at all, no dairy products including eggs, only soy, water, and all veggies. Good thing there are some alternatives to not eating meat such as veggie bean burgers, veggie chicken, and Tofu. In March I decided (although vegetable) to cut back on potatoes. I was eating them like every day since I was a little girl I've loved it. I didn’t care what form it was in. Ha! I had to let it go just for a little while to teach myself discipline. For the last 4 months I've been doing well. But this month I've started eating fish again, only a few times though. This vegan journey is tough but I fight the pressure. I love being a vegetarian pray I can continue this for life.
